If you are Grade 6 or above on any orchestral instrument, you would be welcome to join Southgate Symphony Orchestra. There is no formal audition: you can attend two free rehearsals on a trial basis. We rehearse in ten-week terms and there are three terms each year. All rehearsals take place at St Andrew's Southgate, Chase Side, Southgate, London, N14 5PP on Wednesdays between 7:30pm and 9:45pm. Standard membership costs £210 per year (£7 per session); members in full-time education pay £150 per year. Instruments that are not required every rehearsal will only pay pro rata for the rehearsals they attend.
