1 This website (southgatesymphony.co.uk) is owned and operated by Southgate Symphony Orchestra. All material on the site and information provided via the site ("Content"), including (but not limited to) HTML code, designs, photography and buttons, belongs to Southgate Symphony Orchestra or its licensors. Ticketing Terms

Conditions of Sale
• Tickets and items purchased where a discount or benefit has been claimed without entitlement and tickets purchased through misuse of promotional codes, schemes and promotions are in breach of our terms and conditions of sale will be declared void and are not valid for entry.
• Tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain or by any outlet other than Southgate Symphony Orchestra. Failure to comply will make this ticket void.
• If you resell your tickets for profit or commercial gain and hold a current Southgate Symphony Orchestra Friends' Organisation (SSOFA) Membership, you are liable to lose your Membership benefits.
• Tickets must not be sold or offered for sale from within our performance venues except from the Box Office by our ticketing team.
• Any attempts to manipulate or damage our systems may be unlawful and could result in legal action being taken.
• If for any reason you are unable to use your tickets we offer the opportunity for tickets to be refunded if we are able to resell them.
• We currently do not charge an administration fee for reselling tickets and refunding the original purchaser.
• Tickets received before the performance may be offered for sale once all house tickets have been sold at the discretion of the Ticket Sales manager.
• Should we successfully re-sell tickets a refund will be due.
• Successfully reselling tickets on your behalf - even for sold out performances - is never guaranteed.
• We reserve the right not to accept tickets for re-sale.
• Tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
• Failure to adhere to our Conditions of Sale may result in tickets not being valid for entry.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.

Conditions of Entry
• For ticketed events, every member of the audience must have a valid ticket.
• Latecomers - admission is not guaranteed although offered wherever possible.
• Ticket holders consent to the sound recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience by Southgate Symphony Orchestra or any permitted third parties.
• Southgate Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to refuse admission or attendance to any patron.
• Southgate Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to request any ticket holder to leave the venue, and take appropriate action to enforce this right.
• Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be silenced before entering the auditorium.
• Glasses, bottles, cameras and recording equipment, etc. are not allowed in the auditorium. without prior written permission.
• The taking of photographs, capturing of images or the use of any recording devices including mobile phones during any performance is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
• Dancing or occupying the aisles or gangways during a performance is not permitted.
• Southgate Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to make any alterations to an advertised programme rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.
• Readmission cannot be guaranteed. On occasion we may have to show you to alternative seats.
• Our staff are all volunteers. They are here to enhance your experience and to ensure your safety at all times. Please follow any guidance they give in relation to your and others' comfort and safety.
• We will not tolerate abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour targeted at our staff, playing members, guest, or other members of the audience. We will pursue legal action wherever appropriate.
• These Conditions of Entry may be altered depending upon any Conditions of Entry of venues in which Southgate Symphony Orchestra performs.
